My New TrekDesk
I am so excited to say that I have finally purchased the TrekDesk for my office. Talk about innovative! I will be walking for about 5 hours a day while working at my desk! Even though I will be walking at just 1 mile per hour, I expect to see my weight drop and stabilize. Of course I will continue to try to eat healthy and weight train.

Is TrekDesk really helpful for you? My cousin who is over weight, can I also ask him to take the TrekDesk ?
It's always a good idea to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. I doubt that there is a doctor out there who would not recommend walking, unless there are extenuating circumstances, and with the TrekDesk you walk slowly! You would burn about 100 calories per hour. So I think it is a prudent thing to figure just how many hours a day you sit at a desk.
