- Build activities into your life that give you downtime: meditate, exercise and socialize.
- Take care of yourself. Get a decent night's sleep. Treat yourself gently, like an expensive piece of equipment that's worth babying.
- Remember: It's all relative. When everyday life seems too tough to handle, compare it with a truly difficult situation. Feels better, eh?
