Having Trouble Losing Weight?
Are you having trouble losing that weight or keeping it off?
Double check these areas!
- Are you keeping track of your food intake? Try for 1,200 - 1,500 calories a day! Write it down.
- Are you getting 10,000 steps in a day? Mine rounds out to be about 2 1/2 miles plus. (I have short legs)
- Are you "Eating Clean," from the fresh, whole basics?
- Are you committed to being consistent and determined?
