There are times when the opportunity to eat from a huge selection of foods and dishes arises.
As much as we should try to avoid these situations, it's not always possible.
What do I do in a situation like that?

- I pick just the items that I want the most, my favorites.
- Be sure to include lots of your favorite vegetables.
- Try to stay within your average calorie allocation, under 500 calories?
- You can still enjoy but stay on track towards your goals.
